The official inbox covers account access, privacy, deletion, safety, moderation appeals, technical problems, and questions about the free simulation.
The open preview does not promise 24/7 coverage or a fixed response time. The public Lounge remains closed whenever active human coverage is unavailable.
How to help us investigate
- Include your display name, if you have one.
- Describe roughly when the issue happened and which browser or device you used.
- Explain what you expected and what happened instead.
- Attach a screenshot only if it does not expose another person’s private information.
Never send secrets
Do not send a password, sign-in link, recovery code, session token, full birth date, government ID, payment information, or another player’s private information. LuckyPunk support will not ask you to forward a sign-in link or recovery code.
Self-service controls
The Me tab lets you review and revoke sessions, download your data, connect recovery email, change your display name, and request or cancel account deletion. These controls are usually faster than email. Read the deletion guide before removing an account.
Safety and appeals
Use the product’s report and block controls when available. Contact the inbox for an eligible moderation appeal, an account takeover, exposed personal information, or an age/privacy concern. LuckyPunk support is not an emergency service; contact local emergency services or a trusted adult first when someone may be in immediate danger.
