Participation
These are the operational rules for using the free public LuckyPunk simulation. Final legal terms, any cash rules, and any location-specific conditions require separate review and publication.
Features and progress may change. LuckyPunk may pause, repair, reset, or discontinue the preview to protect players, data, or game integrity.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 and permitted to use the preview where you live. Use your real age group. An under-13 answer creates no account. The public Lounge is available only from age 16, requires a separate safety acknowledgement, and stays closed without monitored human coverage.
Accounts and recovery
A guest account is tied to its browser and may be lost if browser data is cleared. Connecting an email enables one-time-link recovery on another device. Keep sign-in links and sessions private, use only accounts you control, choose an appropriate display name, and report access you do not recognize.
Simulated value only
There are no deposits, purchases, paid entries, payouts, or withdrawals. Displayed amounts are simulated game states with no cash value. They cannot be sold, gifted, traded, redeemed, withdrawn, or converted outside LuckyPunk. Advertising is off; any future ad view or click will never grant money, attempts, clues, better odds, access, or eligibility.
Game and fair-play rules
The current game guide explains private shuffled walls, free clues, captures, banking, handoffs, and the four simulated money states. Do not automate searches, exploit defects, tamper with requests, bypass age or rate controls, scrape private data, interfere with another player, impersonate someone, sell an account, coordinate related accounts for extra chances, or disclose information obtained through unauthorized access.
Report a defect privately and do not exploit it. LuckyPunk may correct a simulated balance or game state to repair a defect, duplicate action, invalid event, or abuse and will preserve an operational reason for the correction.
Player content
Display names, room statements, Lounge posts, reports, appeals, and support messages must follow the Community notice. LuckyPunk may filter, hold, remove, or restrict content and may warn, mute, suspend, or ban an account to protect safety, security, or game integrity. Eligible actions can be appealed through support.
Availability and changes
The preview may contain defects or temporary outages and is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability. Material changes to age, data, advertising, eligibility, or simulated-value rules will be explained before they take effect. Nothing on this preview page removes a right or remedy that applicable law does not allow to be removed.
