Safety

Updated September 16, 2026 · Safety contact: support@luckypunk.xyz

The current build minimizes contact between players, separates chat identity from hidden game state, and closes the Lounge whenever human coverage is unavailable.

Not an emergency service

If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a trusted adult first. Send LuckyPunk only the minimum information needed to report the concern.

Age boundaries

No server account is created for an under-13 answer. The Lounge is unavailable below age 16. Ages 16–17 must acknowledge a plain-language safety notice before joining. The Lounge is optional and remains off until monitored moderation and support coverage is staffed.

Built-in communication limits

The Lounge is public, text-only, and has no direct messages, uploads, clickable links, or location-sharing feature. Public chat identity does not reveal a private wall, vault location, or Bag position. Slow mode and posting limits reduce flooding.

Filtering and review

Controls can reject or hold likely slurs, harassment, sexual or violent material, contact/location details, external links, spam, and private-game disclosures. Automated decisions can make mistakes. Reports and eligible sanctions have a review or appeal path, and moderation actions are audited.

Player controls

When the Lounge is enabled, players can report a message, choose a reason, block its author, mute the Lounge, or leave. Review active account sessions in the Me tab and revoke a device you do not recognize. Never forward a sign-in link or recovery code.

Serious reports

Credible danger, exploitation, account takeover, exposed private location, or a systemic age/privacy bypass may cause the affected feature to be disabled while necessary evidence is preserved. Response times are not guaranteed during the open preview; public chat stays unavailable unless a human can monitor and respond.
