Delete your account

You can request deletion from inside LuckyPunk without contacting support. A seven-day cancellation window helps prevent accidental or unauthorized deletion.

Request deletion

  1. Sign in to LuckyPunk.
  2. Open the Me tab.
  3. Under Account & privacy, choose Request account deletion.
  4. Confirm the request. LuckyPunk shows the scheduled deletion date.

Cancel during the seven-day window

Sign in on the same account, return to Me → Account & privacy, and choose Cancel account deletion before the scheduled date.

What deletion does

When deletion completes, sign-in identities and sessions are removed or revoked, device and push data are deleted, public Lounge posts are removed, room decoration is cleared, and the public gamertag is replaced with an anonymous label.

Limited pseudonymous gameplay, ledger, moderation, security, policy-acceptance, incident, or backup records may remain when reasonably necessary for integrity, safety, dispute handling, or legal obligations. The current prototype has no redeemable player funds.

Email support@luckypunk.xyz. Include your gamertag and a short description, but never send a password, sign-in link, recovery code, full birth date, government ID, or payment information.
