Player safety

Keep the hunt safe

LuckyPunk keeps competitive game state private and limits how players can communicate. The public Lounge remains closed whenever monitored human coverage is unavailable.

Age boundaries

No standard account is created for an under-13 answer. The public Lounge is unavailable below age 16. Eligible players must separately accept its safety notice before entering.

Public Lounge limits

The Lounge is optional, public, and text-only. It has no direct messages, uploads, clickable links, or location-sharing feature. Messages that appear to contain contact details, locations, unsafe content, spam, or hidden-game disclosures may be rejected or held instead of published.

Protect your information

  • Do not share your real name, school, workplace, address, phone number, email, or exact location.
  • Do not reveal another player’s information or try to move someone into private contact.
  • Do not post vault positions, private layouts, account secrets, sign-in links, or recovery codes.
  • LuckyPunk support will never ask you to forward a sign-in link, recovery code, session token, password, or payment information.

Report, block, or leave

When the Lounge is enabled, players can report a message, choose a reason, block its author, mute the Lounge, or leave it. A block hides that player’s public messages from the blocker. Reports and moderation actions are recorded for review.

Account safety

Use only the sign-in controls inside LuckyPunk. Never reuse or forward a magic sign-in link. Review active sessions in the Me tab and revoke a device you do not recognize. Use the self-service deletion control if you want to remove your account.

Immediate danger

LuckyPunk support is not an emergency service. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a trusted adult first. Send the minimum information needed when reporting a concern and avoid copying unnecessary personal details.
